BBS Studio Workflow

Please read carefully

Once you confirm your engagement, the project progresses through the following structured stages to ensure clarity, alignment, and efficient production..

1. Agreement & Project Activation

To formally commence the project:

  • Service Agreement is signed

  • Initial invoice is issued and payment received

  • Creative expectations and deliverable scope are acknowledged

This activates the project within the BBS production pipeline.

2. Brand Intelligence Collection

To ensure our visuals accurately represent your brand:

  • Brand Submission Pack is completed

  • Brand materials, product assets, and references are provided

  • Key information required for production is gathered

This stage ensures we have the necessary inputs before creative direction begins.

3. Product Priority Checklist

Before production begins, clients complete a Product Priority Checklist. This identifies which products should be prioritised in the visual rollout.

Typically this includes:

  • Top selling products

  • Hero products for website landing pages

  • Products requiring visual upgrades

  • Core SKUs used across marketing and advertising

  • Supporting SKUs for category expansion

This step allows BBS to structure production strategically, beginning with the most commercially valuable products.

4. Brand DNA Alignment

We establish the visual and strategic foundation for the project.

This is completed through either:

  • A guided Brand DNA Workshop

or

• A structured Brand DNA Questionnaire

During this stage we align on:

  • Brand positioning

  • Audience demographics

  • Visual tone and aesthetic

  • Competitive positioning

  • Product hierarchy

5. Visual Direction Development

Based on the Brand DNA insights, BBS develops a Visual Direction Pack which outlines:

  • Proposed visual concepts

  • Scene environments

  • Lighting style

  • Composition approach

  • Mood references

Client approval of the Visual Direction ensures production begins with clear alignment.

6. Initial Production (Batch 01)

The first production batch is created to establish the visual system.

This stage includes:

  • Concept execution

  • Initial imagery production

  • Revision and refinement rounds

  • Final approval of visual direction

Once approved, this batch becomes the foundation for scaling the visual library.

7. Bulk Visual Production

Following approval of Batch 01, production scales across the full visual library.

This typically includes:

  • Batch 02, 03 and further production cycles

  • Iterative refinement and optimisation

  • Final approvals per batch

This process ensures efficient and consistent expansion of your brand’s visual assets.
