Bound By Story provides creative and digital services, including but not limited to:

• AI-generated visual content

• Creative direction and concept development

• Brand, campaign, and catalogue assets

• Digital imagery, video, and related creative deliverables

All services are provided on a project, proposal, or agreement basis.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and not to:

• Misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the website

• Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data

• Copy, reproduce, or exploit website content without permission

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at our discretion.

3. Engagements & Deliverables

Project scope, timelines, pricing, and deliverables will be outlined in written proposals, quotes, or agreements.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Revisions are limited to those specified in the agreed scope

• Additional work may incur additional fees

• Delivery timelines may be affected by client feedback, approvals, or asset supply

4. Intellectual Property

Our Materials

All concepts, methodologies, prompts, creative systems, workflows, and proprietary processes developed by Bound By Story remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the final agreed deliverables for their intended commercial purposes, unless otherwise specified.

Raw files, working files, prompts, or intermediate outputs are not included unless explicitly agreed.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Supply assets, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner

• Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide

• Review deliverables before use

Bound By Story is not responsible for delays or outcomes caused by incomplete or inaccurate client input.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our services may involve the use of artificial intelligence tools and technologies.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain variations or inconsistencies

• Final responsibility for review, approval, and compliance rests with the client

• Bound By Story does not guarantee exclusivity, originality, or non-infringement unless expressly agreed

We recommend legal review for sensitive, regulated, or high-risk use cases.

7. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Fees are quoted in AUD and exclusive of GST (where applicable)

• Invoices must be paid within the stated timeframe

• Late payments may result in paused work or withheld deliverables

Ownership or licence of deliverables is not granted until full payment is received.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of creative and digital services:

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Work completed up to the date of cancellation remains payable

• Refunds are not provided for completed or partially completed services

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bound By Story is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant services.
