This included designing a repeatable AI production framework that governs ideation, briefing, generation, editing and output, elevating consistency, efficiency and brand visual tone across all channels. OTTI was depending heavily on high-cost, slow-turnaround rendering as the backbone of their content ecosystem. While renders delivered quality visuals, they weren’t scalable for rapid campaigns, frequent launches, social testing, or multi-format distribution, leading to bottlenecks, inconsistent outputs and lost marketing velocity.

We established a clear, repeatable AI content production process, including: Structured AI prompt frameworks tailored to OTTI’s brand voice and visual aesthetic - A modular output pipeline that produces multi-format assets (hero visuals, social cutdowns, carousel sequences, ad variations) from a single source prompt - Efficiency guardrails to reduce turnaround time and eliminate production guesswork - Defined visual tone standards to ensure all AI outputs align with OTTI’s design language and audience expectation This system gave OTTI a scalable content engine that vastly improved speed, reduced cost and maintained a consistent, premium visual tone without reliance on traditional rendering.
